Embroidery Process

Once the art has been approved by you and approved in-house, the art department will digitize the artwork. To do this, our team will use a program to convert the artwork into a system of stitches that the embroidery machine can read. Before the machine can begin to stitch the artwork, the chosen thread colors must be loaded into the machine by hand.

Selecting the type of apparel material is an important consideration when embroidering. A t-shirt, for example, will have fewer stitches than a denim jacket because fabric that is not as heavy will not hold as many stitches. So if you have any questions, or need help, please reach out!
