Dye-Sub Process

Dye sublimation can be used with table throws and formulate structures and modular exhibit systems and more! They are designed for easy use and to prominently represent your brand and message.

Once the art has been approved by you and approved in-house, the art department will print acetates with the design you've approved, and the screen printing process will begin. The acetate (the image with your design) will be placed against a screen that has a photosensitive emulsion on it and a bright light strikes the screen to bind the emulsion, making a solid layer. The screen is sprayed with water washing off the emulsion where the image was placed against the screen which is then used to print the design on the item you've chosen. The ink is heat-set which makes it permanent and washable.
