Maximum Promotions work on a PC based system and would appreciate files
sent in a format readable for PC (IBM).
Artwork should be sent as an .eps vector art file. Illustrator files that have been saved as version 8 or earlier can also be used. Artwork is preferred in a vector art format with all fonts converted to outlines (curves). If the fonts are not converted to outlines, please include a ,jpg or .tif along with the vector art file to ensure proper spacing and placement.
If the art is not available in vector format, please send the files as high resolution (600 dpi) .tif, .jpg, or .bmp formats. It is helpful to send B&W and color versions of the artwork to help us create exact copies of the artwork.
Artwork can be sent via e-mail or on PC formatted 3.5" floppy disks, CDs, and ZipDisks.
