Maximum Promotions is a family business founded by our president, Mark Nelsen. How—and why—we do what we do
Much of our success is due to our customer-focused business philosophy. Our goal is to operate a business that genuinely cares about the wellbeing of our customers, is responsive to their needs, produces a top-quality product to meet those needs, is always prepared to go above and beyond, and is a contributing member of our community and society as a whole. It’s a lofty goal, but we don’t see much value in aiming at average.
Service first
Above all, customer service comes first. Our staff is instructed to drop anything else to handle a customer request. As part of our customer focus, we’re committed to:
- Return all calls the same day, or the next day at the very latest
- Send out all quotes within 24 hours or less
- Promptly resolve any service issues that may arise
